The pay was outstanding, however, you will earn it! It doesn't matter what department of the distribution center that you are in, you will be held accountable for accuracy, production, and quality! The hours and schedule are awesome and we were treated very well. You have the option of working four days a week with three off on first or second shift, 10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday through Monday off, or the weekend shift, which consists of working Saturday through Monday, 12 hour shifts, with 4 days off through the week. We also received quarterly bonuses for quality and production etc. We also received cost of living raises every year in January.

Svantaggi

Production is raised every year in almost every department across the board. There is not an easy job in the place due to production standards. You are not guaranteed your 40 hours a week, all hours are based on sales. Unless your are a "Yes Individual", you will not get promoted with this company, and If you do not agree 100% with Bentonville, Arkansas vision, you will be forced out the door, especially if you are vocal about it in the workplace!

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
