Either you leave the company or they will make you leave. 4) They ask for "anonymous" feedback. If you have given bad review for your manager and manager got to know (or He/ She thinks that you are the culprit), you are totally screwed. Manager will make sure, you get minimum varriable pay out and no hike and also will force you to resign. Attrition rate is very high. 5) Managers are just puppet of senior management.
