The people you work with are generally fun to be around. Except for management. Most of the customers are good too.

The higher up the chain of command you are, the less of a clue you have about what goes on in the stores on a day to day basis. The new Inventory Management System is a joke.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
