      Walmart has many opportunities! Can be very stressful at times but I love working for the company. Plan to spend many more years here!

      Very stressful due to being short handed. Home office seems to think we are full staffed. You can definitely tell that most of the big wigs have never worked in an actual store.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
