If you plan to work in Finance, don't count on weekends or vacations. * High turnover. Several key leaders and employees have left Finance over night. The CFO or new leaders she brought in don't value respect or retention. Everyone is replaceable. Only a few old time leaders in Finance remain and they hold the team together. * Fear of retaliation. People are afraid to talk and challenge things because they can get fired.
