Terrible work life balance and constant micro managing on tasks High pressure to push on deadlines that aren’t reasonable and just a “good job” at the end of deadline is met, even though it took working weekends and through the night. Working with over seas team makes it seem like you’re working all day

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
