      Lots of hours available when sales are up.

      Dangerous work environment and difficulty getting even scheduled hours when sales are down or there's corporate direction to limit hours. Very little actual interest in the needs of the associates.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
