      Pay was good and bonus and benefits were great. Pay for Paternity and Maternity leave.

      You are not in control of your schedule and it’s very hard if you have a family to be present with or plan life outside of work.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
