This work is perfect for a first job, or if you want to get off your feet. As long as you keep up with your application and make calls to keep it up, you will be hired.

The 5-point system will work against you and seems to be there just to keep the influx of new hires in. Unfortunately, as good as you are, everyone has there mistakes. The app is sometimes confusing for no reason, i genuinely question why Walmart even has a separate tech company if everything they do just kind of sucks, Its tolerable though. *Disclaimer: I was fired from Walmart because of the point system, I had a workplace injury and even though I walked in and gave the HR medical paperwork, I got pointed out for not calling in through the app specifically.
