      I had an amazing team that I highly respected in this role and I am hoping for the best for them since Walmart has drastically changed the terms of our employment and is forcing a move across the country or being laidoff.

      Entire organization ~500 people was affected with mass layoffs in locations that are not the HQ in Arkansas. Walmart demonstrated abysmal hiring practices and false advertising to bring people on and then some how expects them to more their life across the country?? To a scam company town no less.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
