Long hours. Sales reps are also expected to do P& L resulting in a longer sales process and less opportunity to sell vehicles. Very high goals to get bonus. Benefits are very expensive as company is small

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
