Bad culture False promises made by management Employees are denied of their basic rights : such as salary slip , PF details, leave for a day every week ( even though officially sunday is a holiday & saturday half day),most of the meetings will start on a sunday else you will be travelling every alternate sunday No career planning, if you can please management you will get everything else nothing doesn't matter how hard working you are day you decide to leave company they will become your biggest enemies because of no reason Incentives , TA are delayed by 6-7 months so that if you leave in between you wont get anything Poor salary & increments
