Overworked, underappreciated, lack of organization in upper management. The company was more worried about buying more venues and not focusing on the matter at hand.

Working in the wedding industry was rewarding.

Communication and transparency were inconsistent. Expectations often changed quickly, making it difficult to prioritize and understand long-term career growth opportunities. Employment was unexpectedly terminated, I was not placed on a PIP nor was I informed of any performance concerns that would have indicated my position was at risk. No salary adjustments for 1.5 years while being told to not expect any for 2026... yet there were funds for new hires, new venues, baseball games, etc...
