Family oriented and owner cares deeply for his employees and for the people he insures. Owner always involved in the betterment of the community and always positive. Personal lines manager is a dedicated worker and very warm and approachable. The employees also do their best to ensure that clients are well taken care of. The office environment is wonderful and very accommodating. Benefits are top notch and the culture there is welcoming. Highly recommend to people that want to thrive in the business and are self motivated to better their career. Much opportunity to had there.

Easy Hours including weekends off and all holidays. The owner really cares about the employees and how the agency is perceived by the public. Many carriers to work with. For the most part, staff is enjoyable to work with.

The employees that have been there for a long time have an entitled attitude. Younger people are generally disrespected. Open door policy is anything but that. Tons of gossip and backstabbing. Do not question management or any decision as you will pay for it one way or another. Zero training. Suggestions for any improvements are ignored. While they truly are the best agency in Jackson County, pay is average at best for personal lines.
