Learned how to properly recycle, while also do my job and providing the best service for the customers in Downtown LA. Great place to work and meet new people.

No cons in my experience while working with Ware Disposal.

- You are in the field half the time !!!! Best part about it you don't have to put up with whiny employees who have been there for years and constantly complain about the company the owners and their personal lives.

-Under paid mileage you have to drive and use your own car to do site visits. -You pay for your own water and coffee. -No benefits until after 90 days. Once you get them you will have to pay the majority, they only contribute a tiny percent. -Whiny employees who complaint about being under paid, their life, and how the company treats them as disposable. -No real training. -Located in a poorly maintained and dirty building. -If you are the newest addition to the team you will do most of the site visits on the field aside from the accounts assigned to you. -They will tell you that you will get business cards uniform and other materials... they never arrived. -If you speak your mind, you will be singled out.
