- While working in an international company is exciting, there are logistical challenges (especially in Sydney being so far away from the rest of the world), e.g. sometimes requiring spending odd hours communicating. There can also be challenges/misunderstandings due to language and cultural barriers. - The company as a whole can somtimes feel slow to react to industry changes, though this is improving. - Teething problems still left from period of very rapid growth as a company as a whole.
