Even tenured employees have quit this place because they are underpaid and under appreciated.
There are too many chefs in the kitchen, like there’s more management then there should be for how small the company is.
It’s really scary seeing how unstable things are for a company that is like 20 something years old now.
Too much high school drama and gossip. Not very many people knows very much about the tech industry so there is a lot of noob mistakes that make customers angry or leave.
