Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Our goal as an organization is to create exceptional experiences, and we are sorry that you haven’t had that. We take it as a great compliment that our employees want to live at our communities, and have made changes to our rent discount program to allow more employees to enjoy this benefit. One of the many things that we strive for at Wasatch is to promote from within. However, with this philosophy it also means that some of our managers don’t have previous management experience. We work diligently to provide them with the training needed to be successful in their role and understand that everyone has room for personal and professional growth. Our goal is to ensure that our employees have all of the tools necessary to be successful in their roles. We also reimburse employees for any out of pocket work related expenses.
