3yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re happy to hear that you had a positive outlook on our compensation structure and room for promotion. We strive to promote from within and have worked hard to create a pay structure that rewards our employees for their hard work through not only base wage but also bonuses.
We appreciate the feedback on our training and onboarding. In 2022 we worked to restructure our on-site positions into tiers to focus on growth and training at a more granular level. In the training department we have hired additional staff with onsite experience to provide more support and individual focus. In 2023 we are continuing to push wages as well as increase employee recognition through our quarterly employee appreciation program.
