It’s great place to work and very stable

It’s very slow to develop anything

-Good pay -Good benefits -work sites are interesting -my work is interesting (other people's work does not seem that interesting) -4x10's (good or bad, depending on what you like)

Very little time off (2 weeks - even if it seems like 3! Read the fine print.) No incentive to work harder, no punishment for doing poorly... A lot of dead weight people and regulations/procedure... Excruciatingly difficult to get things done. Can be very difficult to advance career-wise here -> this incentivizes good people to leave!
