      Ironic since our expectation was that said employee had (based on their resume) advanced knowledge of certain softwares and languages required for the job. Once we understood the actual level of each, it was clear that there was a mismatch. Thanks again for your interest in working for the company and I suggest ensuring your skills and knowledge of required softwares match the job profile.

      Thanks, good/fair feedback. We tend to treat that more on a case-by-case basis to ensure those who "deserve/have earned" (for lack of better term) can get bumps sooner. But too often, we have writers/researchers with whom we stay committed to & patient and many other publishers would cut off... so it's a balancing act. But, noted. Thx. AK.
