Inconsistent Management: Some managers are world class leaders, but others may be a bit more junior in their managing skills and conduct. Professional Development: I wish the company offered more professional development opportunities. Burnout: Do to the rapid growth of the company you may experience periods of increased workload and could become overwhelmed if you don't prioritize time management.
