I've learned more in 2 1/2 years at Water Standard than I could in 5 years at a large company. I've been involved in everything from the finest scientific details of enhanced oil recovery to setting the company's long-term corporate strategy. The mission of the company is powerful and I take pride in helping the company reach its goals. It's been a truly rewarding experience thus far. In addition, the management team has supported my professional development in every way, resulting in mutual benefit for both Water Standard and my career.
