- The company isn't as flexible as it claims to be, I felt like eyes were on me tracking if I was in office or not - No such thing as overtime pay, but it is expected to work longer hours, the quality of my work remains good but it does not feel rewarding to pat me on the back if I've had to pull overtime several times with no compensation - Can sometimes see who is favoured amongst the team and who is not, some cases where people get given opportunities while some don't get equal access to it e.g. training, projects, promotions.
