Pay comes on time, 401k match, field is flexible, most coworkers in field are competent and pleasant to work with

Product quality very hit or miss. Pay raises below inflation. Products lacking innovation and behind competitors. Pretends to be the best but seriously behind the curve. Recently restructured sales territory and product coverage. Whoever came up with that bright idea should be tossed out of the C suite. Scrambled all of the accounts during a difficult economic period and haven't given us compensation plans yet so no motivation to sell because we don't know how much we are making. Likely a nice way to pay us less. Just typical corporate, C suite goes up, pay employees less, outsource to AI and India for the rest (and all the fake Glassdoor reviews)

Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
