A lot of work, tiny pay. Started out only making minimum wage, got promoted to a lead and only got a 5% boost in hourly pay. Being a lead, I was required to constantly deal with angry customers. I would get yelled at by them, cussed out, and I just had to stand there and take it and not let it ruin may day. The tiny boost in pay was not worth the amount of effort you had to put in the job.
Management is very strict on many things, one of the annoying ones being "stealing time". You cannot clock in even a minute early because then you are in violation of stealing time, and if you clock in a minute late, then you can get written up for it.
You have to walk around the whole park and go to the very back just to punch out and in for your lunch. You only get a 30 min lunch and 10 minutes of that easily gets spent on just having to walk around back and forth.
