Staff morale is low. Senior management seem to have very little idea of what is going on at ground level, or they do and it isn’t a priority. There are no rewards or benefits for staying at the company long term. Ideas made by staff are not acted upon and the call centre is lacking clear goals and direction. The organisation runs top down which leads to staff frustration and high staff turnover. Pay is low compared to other organisations in the sector.
