I have worked for a couple of other businesses in this industry where the cultures incorporate the methods of intimidation, demoralization and pitting employees against one another. The Management Team at Watson Gloves choose to inspire their employees to reach their goals. To think outside of the box. to bring your crazy ideas to the table and not be afraid to have them fail. Choosing to work at Watson Gloves was the best decision I have ever made and I hope to retire here. if you like to work hard and have some fun doing it. There is no better place to be.
