The pay is average but the benefits are good: 401 K match contribution, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, paid holidays. One good thing is that you have the opportunity to work in a variety of projects, you will never get bored. There are always things to do and I have learned a lot from everybody inside the company. The people are good, the company posses a good work environment although engineers here are very competitive and jealous to share all the information. Good bonus at the end of the year. The company gives award recognitions every quarter, which is kind of nice. The company is owned by a bigger company but the founders still work for the company.

It is hard to get a good salary adjustment, once you accept the offer you will keep the same salary for a long time. The company doesn’t hire many employees therefore the work load gets bigger over time. There is a lot of politics inside the company. The company changed to an extremely bad health insurance just to save money for the company. This have only caused problems for the employees. The company values more district sales managers than employees from corporate because they “bring the money to the company”. Projects move in different directions which is confusing and people usually get frustrated.

Upper management does not honor commitments. Often times will "forget" such commitments were ever made. The workflow lacks uniformity from region to region, which you might be expected to handle multiple regions.
