I worked with Porsia the CoDirector for a short time but I learned so much from her. Everyone at this company comes together to ensure you build yourself a pathway to success. While you do have to put some hard work in to build your place in the company, Corporate Trainers and all the directors help you every step of the way. All my cons are very personal but include the distance I had to travel to work and other facilities, it was also not the type of career trajectory I was looking for. This job required a lot of up front hours on your feet but once you learn how to grow your team, you spend more time just building up your team members. If you're looking for marketing, management, on-boarding, consulting and eventual business experience this is for you. This job gives you a lot of experience starting out.

I meet some great co workers. We got along really well.

Pay was always late, my manager would go out of her way to bring checks to us but I know others got there pay checks up to 4 days late. No communication, schudle for the week wouldn’t come out till the day before your first shift of the week. My co workers and I found out we were all lied to. They will tell you it’s 400 a week base pay BUT what they really mean is you’ll get paid 10 and hour and only hit 400 if you are schudle 40 a week...you won’t be though. I was told during my interview you only go into the stores to sell two days a week, also a lie. You’ll go everyday and just be a rep for AT&T. You won’t learn anything. You only get paid on your sales if they are in a certain amount of time. So even if you don’t get commission on a sale your manager still does. If you like making everyone else money and not yourself. If you like being lied to, and being chained to your phone for random meeting just for 10 and hour then you’ll love it.
