1) Poor management. They run company like a head of the family runs his home. Totally unprofessional. 2) Very conservative. (Sadashivpeth mentality) 3) Like my review title, you will get all your performance feedback points with "_Need to improve" even if your increment is highest that company can afford. Zero appreciation. This applies to all. 4) Suppose your increment cycle is in April, they will show your increment in April end or May starting. So for full month you do not know for which salary you are working. 5) Even you get your incremented salary on 10th May sometimes 15th, you will not get your increment later. I missed couple of opportunity because of this. But got a better one finally. You will get your increment later 2 months later. 6) Director of the company keeps all the authority with him. He will ask personally, explanation for each penny you spent on tour and each component you purchase. Had been concentrated on other important things, company would have been at different level after long span of 20 years and could have crossed number of employees beyond 45-50 as on 2015. 7) Sandwich leave policy.
