Avoid at all costs. For a self proclaimed peoples company, management is littered with politics. You're told the chiefs of staff acts as a confidante and advisor, however warned to stay away and "not trust" by the majority of colleagues you meet. Sadly this is also the same person who appears to decide which projects you will be involved in. Being placed with a client, depends on how management feel that morning, again highlighting the ever present politics associated with Wavestone. Currently taking interviews at other consulting firms. Dont make the mistake I did.

This process is a collective one with contributions by key personnel across the practice and decisions are not made in isolation or without appropriate inclusion and discussion with all relevant parties. People are at the centre of what we do and are critical to our strategy and growth.
