Risposta di Wavestone
4yHello, thanks for your comment.
Like a lot of companies during the Covid-19 crisis, Wavestone underwent a difficult business performance. The UK office took part in the global Battle Plan to counteract the impacts of the pandemic which involved stepping up our sales efforts by strengthening our sales team while increasing the number of pitches and promoting a more targeted offering of expertise. The results were positive and faster than expected and the team's efforts have yielded great results. To support this increase, we have stepped up our recruitment efforts!
You are correct that Wavestone brand is very well known in France. Part of the global strategy is to strengthen our position in the UK and grow our global footprint. A key role of every member of the Wavestone team is to drive the growth of the business in the UK by delivering great work, building great relationships with clients, attending career fairs and developing strong value propositions. This is all reflected in our positive client satisfaction rates and how the team has tripled in size over the past 4 years.
In terms of development, we offer a wide variety of certifications, paid study leave, internal workshops, multiple digital learning platforms, coaching & mentoring programs. We consider this a key factor in retaining, developing and engaging our team.
Finally, we make a lot of effort to ensure our recruitment process is transparent and that candidates are aware of our key value propositions and the types of projects they could be working on. Every week, we publish our project wins and pipeline and each person is assigned a Career Development Manager who they can discuss projects with.
