Positive and inviting - this company knows how to have fun with their parties and ski trips, even though these dwindled with COVID. Responsibility on client projects given at even jr. levels.

Great company for a consultant starting out in their career, or junior level consultants. For more experienced consultants...a better work/life balance than a larger firm, the pros offset the cons IMO.
