Then, after 2-3 years in the same position, the benchmark package for the Manager grade is around €84,5000 and the Senior Manager grade around €110,000. In particular, from the manager grade onwards, the compensation package is broken down into a fixed part and a variable part, called 'Target Bonus'. Specific to Wavestone, this 'Target Bonus' is not only individual but also includes, in addition to the employee's performance over the year, a collective part related to the firm's performance.
