Where do I start? The Customer Service Department has changed drastically over the past 5 years. Present day, the role has to be the most stressful and underpaid role. Claims Operators make more money and do absolutely nothing while we have to juggle 1000 different processes while expected to provide an unrealistic level of service.. There’s so many unrealistic goals and inconsistencies. The favoritism is so blatant. Exceptions are only made for employees leaders fear. The leadership team is so out of touch and have no knowledge of day to day processes yet want to hold you accountable when you miss 1 update out of the 788 updates in 1 day. Their QM process is honestly a joke. One concept is preached while QM marking is the complete opposite. This company is notorious for breaking things that work, literally. The systems are so outdated and the company is consistently placing bandaids on while expecting their agents to perform extraordinarily. You’re held accountable for apologizing for their lack of action/ poor actions. Now let’s talk about their attendance policy. Another joke! The company doesn’t accept doctors notes and expect you to work while dead sick. Literally, my co worker had to come to work with walking ammonia while another came in with TB and caused an outbreak. All this while leaders literally are on vacation or missing work all the time. They consistently fail to take action where needed and prioritize the wrong things like leadership meetings ALL DAY. Literally, your supervisor will be in a meeting all day but can’t even tell you what it was about because they’re so lost. The company is so out of touch, please save yourself the stress. Im only here because I want to work remotely, and that is changing day by day as I apply elsewhere.
