Lovely people, fun and casual environment. Clearly doing amazing things for people and making an impact on the world

Not very organized so hard to know what the focus is

Some great coworkers. A solid mission to get behind. Unlimited PTO and they do genuinely encourage that you take it.

WayBetter is going downhill fast. Several rounds of layoffs, morale is low, leadership just does what they want with the product without listening to employee ideas or feedback (all about the $$). They talk a big talk about caring about employees, but at the end of the day, they don't and it shows. Very few growth opportunities and minimal recognition for good work.
