-overall a great experience -felt like a full-on member of the team -included in important conversations/discussions -held accountable for getting things done -learned a lot both from a technical and business perspective -assigned real/meaningful projects and tasks to work on -interesting and exciting cutting edge projects -the willingness of others on the team to listen to my ideas and consider my perspective -great level of guidance and mentorship without being micro-managed at all -access to necessary equipment/resources -great people, great culture! -very smart, talented people -great leadership team -great work environment -great food

There really were not many (if any) cons that I can come up with about this internship experience. I had a great experience, and would strongly recommend the company to others, particularly those interested in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing (from an AI perspective) or web development as well.

30 person startup means that you can make your own career path and get involved in many parts of the business. Everyone who works here is really smart and passionate about the work that they do. The "take your work seriously but not yourself" creates a really hardworking but playful culture.

The size of the company means that the workload can be really demanding. The pace of the business is also lightning fast. Some people have a hard time working in that kind of environment.
