Generally flexible in hours and daily tasks. Provides lunch fairly regularly.

Management is absent. There is one person managing 4 junior developers while also running the business, doing their primary development tasks, bidding on new contracts, everything. Because of that, developers are thrown to the wolves. Want a design doc? You'll be promised it for a year. Looking for code reviews? Again, promises that never resolve. Zero on-boarding process. Zero management. Conflict arises as a result and the resolution to that is to take the word of whoever has more tears.

Interesting variety of challenging technical problems to tackle.

Unfortunately, I had some struggles with colleagues that resulted in my termination. On reflection, I was able to grow from the experience and have been able to refocus on growth in my career and I feel strongly supported by the experience gained during my time at this company.
