Vantaggi
Convenient Downtown Location with access to commuter rail/subway lines Company is growing so lots of opportunities to change positions for something you may like better. My current manager is involved in our team and very transparent. Some people really like the free snacks, coffee and social outings (not really for me). Lax dress code. A lot of friendly people. A lot of PTO and vacation time.

I often feel like I'm being micromanaged. Company pushes for performance metrics that value quantity of work rather than quality. Performance metrics are numbers based rather than rooted in real observations. Some managers have great guidance, others are unprofessional or hard to get any advice from. Not as transparent as they make it out to be in their core values. Lack of training. I often feel like I have no idea what I'm doing and get lectured for doing things incorrectly when I wasn't trained to do things the way they'd like me to. Very difficult to get other departments to help out. I think most teams are too busy focusing on quantity rather than quality. Low pay. I think for an entry level job the pays not horrible, but after learning salaries of tenured employees and reading reviews. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to work here. A very social work environment. Managers encourage employees to attend social outings. IT's not required but you feel a bit of an outcast if you don't join
