Vantaggi
The people that work at CSN are generally great, and a lot of fun to hang out with. The benefits are also really good, and CSN works pretty hard at forming a good work/life balance. You will learn a ton during your time here, so as far as professional development goes it's a great place to be. I definitely enjoy my job, and I like coming to work every day.
Svantaggi
Pay. It's been said many times, and it's really true, as a rule people tend to be underpaid (in some cases drastically so). This is really the only major downside to working at CSN. The company's attitude is that they can find recent college grads, and pay them pennies on the dollar. People are just getting out of school, and don't know what they are worth. CSN then proceeds to give these graduates extremely dangerous skills, and in some cases has a hard time retaining their top performers as a result. After a year or so, people begin to realize that they can get $10-20 thousand somewhere else, but don't want to leave because working at CSN is so fun. At some point though, people have had enough, and they start to leave.
