Since changing to a new structure over a year ago to a “skill based” progression, morale has sunk and the company has lost focus on employee satisfaction. We are told to provide feedback to our manager, but that goes no where. The surveys? Just to save face. People are constantly blocked from opportunities with no feedback on how to improve, while putting their “groupies” they always hang out with in the position. Leadership barely pays attention to the needs of employees, and there are several people who are treated poorly because they are “low performers” these are the same people who put quality over quantity, and don’t deserve to be treated the way management treats them. Theres also the issue of pay scale, so no one WANTS to move up because there is no incentive to do so. We’re also tired of being told our pay is lower because of “cost of living” when the site two hours away has the same cost of living and makes $2 more per hour in every position.
