The people working on your level are generally really nice and supportive. Wayfair does organise social activities which are good fun because you get on so well with your colleagues. Lots of free snacks. Good office layout.

Basically what everyone else is already saying on here. Most management is pretty poor. They act like the place is full of positive vibes which only highlights even more to us monkeys on the phone how really stressful and difficult our working days are. Its a standard call centre so expect strict metrics, difficult targets, unfair peer comparison, some really horrid customers and leaders with no nuance of thought who depend for dear life on their excel reports to tell them what their next move should be. You are encouraged to apply for promotions but I have seen many times, people being offered a role only for it to be taken away from them a few months later, all disguised under a "necessary restructure for the sake of the business". To be honest management who are here long term are hard wired into thinking Wayfair is "normal" and will probably be there for years to come carrying on as they do. So happy I left!
