I love the opportunity to use what I learned as a Teacher to support other teachers around the world. Working from home is both convenient and a demonstration of the company's respect for my level of professionalism. My manager is a Black Woman sitting in the C-Suite! I love the monthly wellness stipend we receive, this company actually practices what we sell. The door is always open for input and suggestions, very collaborative work environment.

In some seasons I travel quite often and I miss my family. It can feel lonely being at home by yourself especially when it's time to celebrate I'd love to see more diversity in our new hires, but to be clear the company has more diversity in positions of influence than I've seen at most companies
