• Not necessarily a con, but the company is relatively young so for me I was a little apprehensive to join a start-up environment. However, I don't have any regrets! • For the most part, there is little opportunity/reason to interact with team-mates outside of team meetings/offsites, so it's harder to get to know your colleagues than in a typical work environment
