Scattered brain leadership Company does not know what they are selling Hire and fire Poor company vision and execution Outdated platform trying to compete with better suited market options Highly micromanaged Play favoritism No loyalty to long term employees Company Values actually not lived by, just for show No care for employees

Toxic leadership that doesnt take accountability and sets unrealistic targets Constant changes with no clear direction (will fire people from a role just to re hire for that role 2 months later) Always chasing short sighted goals without ever reaching them Outdated platform Consistently unprofitable
