Salary Issues: Delays or inconsistencies in salary payments. PF Not Received: Provident Fund not credited even after a long time post-resignation. Unprofessional Behavior: Lack of proper communication or support from management/HR. Poor Exit Process: Delays in full and final settlement and lack of transparency. Work Culture: Needs improvement in employee relations and handling of grievances.

Interviewers should actively engage with candidates during the interview process. I was selected, so I can't speak for those who weren't, but I wonder how they are treated.

No support for employees working at client locations. Once a project is completed, there's no job security—they can praise you one moment and let you go the next, often without providing any financial support to sustain yourself.
