There really aren't any pros. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Zero boundaries and respect for employees' time, you are expected to be available 24/7. You are also expected to do anything asked of you, even if it's not within your scope or job description. Abusive behaviour towards staff (swearing, shouting, gaslighting, threatening). Inappropriate behaviour by management (going to the bathroom with the camera on, routinely drinking on calls during working hours, romantic relationships between management and junior staff).
