People are nice, not a lot of pressure, very laid back environment when it's not the middle of high season. the management lets you go on ski trips.

company goals change rapidly, very unstable. They don't think one step ahead. and they made some bad business decisions in my opinion. it all feels very unprofessional.

Lots of room to grow and make a difference in the company. They were also flexible with my schedule to a certain extent, and I learned a lot.

Some days were hard. The founders felt a little too stretched, and there needed to be more diversity in the office and team. It was also very much a startup, and there wasn't a lot of stability or clarity about whether they would be able to continue to employe everybody.
