Really fun and awesome peers to work with. Talented, exciting bunch. Good health insurance. This is a pro and a con I supposed but: It's pretty wild wild west so if you really want to create something new and can be a convincing type of person you can do things you would normally never be able to do at a company of this size. There is usually too much bureaucratic red tape to do things like this but its a positive side of their lack of organization. I've seen some good things come of this.

Higher up is very unorganized and treat the managers badly. I've heard that some of the managers were yelled at publicly at meetings. This creates an extremely stressful environment for the managers and it trickles down to the employees under those managers. Just.. not much support for the managers at all unfortunately. Almost impossible to get a raise. Very fratty party culture, they essentially make it mandatory to attend weekend long or night long raves where a lot of people are on drugs. I don't necessarily have anything against coworkers partying together but I am against making that mandatory. What if someone is in recovery? Or what about people who have families and kids? Not very inclusive in that regard. I don't know the new CEOs so I'm not going to rate them. Adam was annoying and very out of touch. His wife Rebecca... my god. She literally said at one point that they shouldn't hire anyone who doesn't have a good relationship with their mother. Like people can choose who their mother is. This also really undermines people who have pulled themselves out of poverty and likely have complicated familial relationships. It's so ridiculous. I'm amazed they lasted in those high positions in modern day culture as long as they did! I'm sure it is starting to change now.. or I hope so at least.
